This Noise HQ demonstration website is a demonstration for reviewing artist browsing and enquiry management. Use fictional details when testing it.

Information saved

The enquiry form saves your name, email address, phone number, optional event date, selected acts and event message. Authorised admins see these details and add private notes, booking stages and follow-up dates.

How the demo uses information

Saved enquiries demonstrate the booking workflow. Email delivery is currently awaiting setup. The quote preview does not send proposals, take payments or confirm bookings.

Storage on your browser

Your shortlist stays in localStorage on this browser. Clear it through the shortlist panel. Session storage remembers whether you have entered the site in this tab.

Videos and hosting

The site uses Firebase database, authentication and image storage, with Netlify hosting. Opening an embedded performance video connects to YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player. YouTube then applies its own privacy practices.

Before public launch

The business owner will confirm the business identity, privacy contact, retention period, data request process and complete privacy notice before collecting real customer enquiries. This page describes the current demonstration.
